Shop Policies

1:ORDERS and SHIPPING

 

We aim to dispatch items within 1-3 business days of recieveing your order. Personalised items may take an additional day.

Every item is individually checked by our quality control team prior to dispatch. Photos are as true as possible representation of the final item, colour may vary slightly.

Items are sent via tracked delivery unless otherwise stated. 

2:REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

As we are proud of our high quality products we ensure each individual item is checked prior to despatch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us within 7 days of reciept to enable us to rectify any problem where possible.

To be eligible for a return the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it together with the original packaging. You will need to have the recipt or proof of purchase. We will endeavour to respond to any contact as soon as possible.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been personalised unless the item is faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse any item if we suspect that our returns policy is being abused.

3:ADDITIONAL POLICIES & FAQ

All items are made by hand individually and thus no two designs are ever exactly the same.

 

If you see something you like but wish to have it in a different colour or material then please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate.
